Leslie A. Bozeman is Director of Curriculum Internationalization at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. In this role, she works to increase awareness and understanding of curriculum internationalization and global learning among faculty, staff, and administrators as well as provide guidance on how to implement and assess efforts to increase international and intercultural understanding in students. Her experience over the past 20 years includes faculty development, undergraduate and graduate academic affairs, campus internationalization, campus and community global engagement, cultural and intercultural education, study abroad, and teaching Pk-16. She previously served as associate director of global engagement for VCU Globe, a global education living-learning program, where she designed and implemented strategies to facilitate meaningful interaction between participants and VCU international students, faculty, staff, and visitors. She also led curriculum design for the program and taught several of its core courses. She has engaged in international professional development through Fulbright-Hays Seminars Abroad and Fulbright International Education Administrator awards to Brazil and South Korea respectively. She earned an M.A. in Teaching from American University and a doctorate in Higher Education Administration, with a concentration in International Higher Education, from Boston College.
