Mandatory check-in is on Monday.
- Institute check-in time is 12:15-1:00pm on May 18th at the Ferguson International Center, IU Bloomington.
Departures should be scheduled for Wednesday evening. It is strongly recommended that flights depart after 6:00pm.
Domestic and International Participants: Most participants will find that traveling to Indiana University through Indianapolis International Airport is most convenient.
