Dr. Maria del Carmen Paniagua Quinones has worked as both a professor and researcher focused on system engineering. She specializes in experimental design, productivity, engineering management, and process development. In honor of her work, she was the recipient of the Brumbaugh Award of the American Society for Quality for Best Technical Paper in 2007. She is a 2017 ICCI Alum.
